How Insured Shipping Works When You Sell or Trade a Watch to Us

Shipping a valuable watch can feel risky, so here is exactly how it works once you accept our offer:

1. We email you a pre-paid overnight shipping label with a tracking number, so there is nothing to pay out of pocket and you can follow the package the whole way.
2. The shipment is insured for the full agreed amount of your watch.
3. We include packing instructions so your watch is protected in transit.
4. Delivery to our office requires a signature, so the package cannot be left unattended.
5. If you decline our final offer after we receive the watch, we ship it back to you the same insured way.

Signature Requirement

For security, a signature is required upon delivery to confirm the package is received.
