Michael holds degrees in Business and Human Resources, but his real expertise comes from over 15 years in the watch industry. After a successful career in corporate HR, he left the desk behind in 2018 to focus entirely on his passion for horology. This transition led to the founding of our exchange, where he applies his professional background to build a business centered on technical knowledge and transparent client relationships in the Miami market.

Rafi’s interest in watches began during his time in the financial sector, where he first started building his own collection. Our background isn’t in traditional retail. Before we opened our first Watch Exchange location, our team worked in fields like finance and public service, but our real time was spent obsessing over movements and references. We spent over 15 years on the other side of the counter as buyers and sellers ourselves, so we know exactly what it’s like to try and get a fair deal in a market that isn’t always transparent. That experience is why we treat every Rolex for sale or Patek for sale that comes to our Aventura office with the same technical respect we give our own personal collections.
